पापिनो यदि वध्यंते नैव पालनसंस्थितैः । ततोऽयमक्षमो लोकः कं याति शरणं गुह
pāpino yadi vadhyaṃte naiva pālanasaṃsthitaiḥ | tato'yamakṣamo lokaḥ kaṃ yāti śaraṇaṃ guha
हे गुह! जर संरक्षणधर्मात स्थित असलेले राजा व रक्षक पाप्यांचा दमन करीत नाहीत, तर हा असहाय लोक कोणाच्या शरण जाईल?
