श्रीभगवानुवाच । नैतत्तवोचितं स्कंद रुद्रभक्तो यथा श्रृणु । द्वे तनू गिरिजाभर्तुर्वेदज्ञा मुनयो विदुः
śrībhagavānuvāca | naitattavocitaṃ skaṃda rudrabhakto yathā śrṛṇu | dve tanū girijābharturvedajñā munayo viduḥ
श्रीभगवान म्हणाले—हे स्कंदा, हे तुझ्यास योग्य नाही. ‘रुद्रभक्त’ खरा कसा असतो ते ऐक. वेदज्ञ मुनी सांगतात की गिरिजापतीच्या दोन तनू आहेत.
