ततः पुनः स्कंदमाह प्रहृष्टः केशवोऽरिहा । स्कंदस्कंद महाबाहो बाणोनाम बलात्मजः
tataḥ punaḥ skaṃdamāha prahṛṣṭaḥ keśavo'rihā | skaṃdaskaṃda mahābāho bāṇonāma balātmajaḥ
तेव्हा शत्रुनाशक केशव आनंदित होऊन पुन्हा स्कंदाला म्हणाला— “स्कंद, स्कंद, हे महाबाहो! ‘बाण’ नावाचा (दैत्य) आहे, तो बलाचा पुत्र आहे।”
