पितर ऊचुः । भद्रं ते पितरः पुण्याः सुभद्रस्य महामुनेः । तर्पितास्तेन मुनिना महीसागरसंगमे
pitara ūcuḥ | bhadraṃ te pitaraḥ puṇyāḥ subhadrasya mahāmuneḥ | tarpitāstena muninā mahīsāgarasaṃgame
पितर म्हणाले—“तुझे कल्याण असो. हे पुण्य पितर महर्षी सुभद्राचे आहेत; त्या मुनिने भूमी-सागर संगमावर त्यांना तर्पण देऊन तृप्त केले आहे.”
