puṣpatoyaphalādyāni niyuktā pārvatī vyadhāt | mahendropi ca madvākyātsmaraṃ sasmāra bhārata

नियुक्त झाल्यावर पार्वतीने पुष्प, जल, फळ इत्यादीची तयारी केली. आणि हे भारता! माझ्या वचनांमुळे महेंद्रानेही स्मर (कामदेव) याचे स्मरण केले।
