एवं स्थूलं प्राणिमध्यं च शूक्ष्मं भावेभावे भावितं त्वां गृणंति । सर्वत्रस्थं त्वामतः प्राहुर्वेदास्तस्मै तुभ्यं पदम्ज इद्विधेम

अशा रीतीने ते तुला स्थूलरूपाने, प्राण्यांच्या अंतरी वसणाऱ्या अंतर्यामी रूपाने, आणि प्रत्येक भावस्थितीत चिंतिलेल्या सूक्ष्मरूपाने स्तवितात. म्हणून वेद तुला सर्वत्रस्थित म्हणतात; हे पद्मासनज, तुला हे स्तुतीकर्म अर्पण करीत आहोत.
