पितॄन्देवांस्तर्पयंति शोणितैश्चामिषैः शुभैः । केचिदामिषराशिस्था दृष्ट्वान्यस्य करामिषम्
pitṝndevāṃstarpayaṃti śoṇitaiścāmiṣaiḥ śubhaiḥ | kecidāmiṣarāśisthā dṛṣṭvānyasya karāmiṣam
काही जण पितरांना व देवांना रक्त व उत्तम मांस अर्पून तृप्त करीत. तर काही मांसाच्या राशींवर उभे राहून दुसऱ्याच्या हातातील मांसाकडे लोभाने पाहत.
