चक्राहतः संयति दानवश्च पपात भूमौ प्रममार चापि । दैत्याश्च शेषा भृशशौकमापुः क्रोधं च केचित्पिपिषुर्भुजांश्च
cakrāhataḥ saṃyati dānavaśca papāta bhūmau pramamāra cāpi | daityāśca śeṣā bhṛśaśaukamāpuḥ krodhaṃ ca kecitpipiṣurbhujāṃśca
रणात चक्राने आघात झालेला तो दानव भूमीवर कोसळला आणि मरण पावला. उरलेले दैत्य अतिशय शोकाकुल झाले; तर काही क्रोधाने स्वतःच्या भुजा चावू लागले.
