अहं तपसिनिष्ठश्च ततः प्रभृति चाभवम् । ब्रह्महत्यादिभिः पापैर्मुच्यते शिवपूजनात्
ahaṃ tapasiniṣṭhaśca tataḥ prabhṛti cābhavam | brahmahatyādibhiḥ pāpairmucyate śivapūjanāt
त्या वेळेपासून मी तपश्चर्येत दृढनिष्ठ झालो. शिवपूजनाने ब्रह्महत्या इत्यादी पापांतूनही मनुष्य मुक्त होतो.
