श्रृण्वन्निमामपि कथां नृपते मनुष्यः सुश्रद्धया भवति पापविमुक्तदेहः । शंभोः प्रसादमभिगम्य यथायुरेवमासीत्प्रसादत इयं मम कूर्मता च
śrṛṇvannimāmapi kathāṃ nṛpate manuṣyaḥ suśraddhayā bhavati pāpavimuktadehaḥ | śaṃbhoḥ prasādamabhigamya yathāyurevamāsītprasādata iyaṃ mama kūrmatā ca
हे नृपते, जो मनुष्य ही कथा सच्च्या श्रद्धेने ऐकतो, तो देहासह पापमुक्त होतो. शंभूची कृपा मिळाल्यावर आयुष्य यथोचित रीतीने स्थिर व सफल होते; त्याच प्रसादाने माझी ही ‘कूर्मता’ही झाली.
