नाशुचिं स्त्रियमीक्षेत तेज स्कामो द्विजोत्तमः । असंतर्प्य पितॄन्देवान्नाद्यादन्नं च कुत्रचित्

Transliteration

nāśuciṃ striyamīkṣeta teja skāmo dvijottamaḥ | asaṃtarpya pitṝndevānnādyādannaṃ ca kutracit

Translation

हे द्विजोत्तम! जो तेज जपतो, त्याने अशुचि स्त्रीकडे पाहू नये. तसेच पितर व देव यांना तृप्त न करता कुठेही अन्न सेवन करू नये।
