तेषां दण्डो विधेयस्तु य उक्तो विधिवद्विजैः । चिह्नं न राममुद्राया यावद्दंडं ददाति न

अशा लोकांवर विद्वान द्विजांनी विधिपूर्वक सांगितलेला दंड नक्कीच लागू करावा. जोपर्यंत दंड दिला जात नाही, तोपर्यंत राम-मुद्रेचे चिन्ह धारण करू नये.
