sārvabhaumatvamāpannaḥ prajāpālanatatparaḥ | prajānāṃ kalinā tatra pāpe buddhirajāyata

तो सार्वभौमत्वास प्राप्त होऊन प्रजापालनात तत्पर होता; पण तेथे कलिच्या प्रभावाने प्रजांची बुद्धी पापाकडे वळली।
