कुशिकः कौशिको वत्स उपमन्युश्च काश्यपः । कृष्णात्रेयो भरद्वाजो धारिणः शौनको वरः
kuśikaḥ kauśiko vatsa upamanyuśca kāśyapaḥ | kṛṣṇātreyo bharadvājo dhāriṇaḥ śaunako varaḥ
कुशिक, कौशिक, वत्स, उपमन्यु व काश्यप; कृष्णात्रेय, भरद्वाज, धारिण आणि श्रेष्ठ शौनक—हे यज्ञकर्मातील प्रमुख ऋत्विज होते।
