Transliteration

caitraśuklāṣṭamīṃ yāvatsyaṃdanāśvādisūdanam | caitraśuklanavamyāṃ tu saumitreḥ śaktibhedane

चैत्र शुक्ल अष्टमीपर्यंत रथ-घोडे इत्यादींचा नाश झाला; आणि चैत्र शुक्ल नवमीला सौमित्र (लक्ष्मण) शक्तीने विद्ध झाला।
