samānagotrapravarāṃ kanyāmūḍhvopagamya ca | tasyāmutpādya cāṃḍālaṃ brāhmaṇyādeva hīyate

Translation

जो पुरुष समान गोत्र व समान प्रवर असलेल्या कन्येशी विवाह करून तिच्याशी सहवास करतो आणि तिच्यापासून संतती उत्पन्न करतो, ती संतती चांडाल ठरते; आणि तो पुरुषही ब्राह्मण्यापासून पतित होतो.
