Transliteration

dāridryaṃ maraṇaṃ duḥkhamṛṇabhāraṃ nagopamam | sadyo vidhūya saṃpadbhiḥ pūjyate śivapūjanāt

Translation

दारिद्र्य, मरणासारखे भय, दुःख आणि पर्वतासारखा ऋणभार—हे सर्व तत्क्षणी झटकून, शिवपूजनाने तो संपन्न होऊन पूज्य ठरतो.
