महाजनान्याचयितुं चचाल च शनैःशनैः । करावलंबेनान्यस्याः प्राग्जन्मार्जितकर्मणा । दिनैः कतिपयैर्याती गोकर्णं क्षेत्रमाययौ
mahājanānyācayituṃ cacāla ca śanaiḥśanaiḥ | karāvalaṃbenānyasyāḥ prāgjanmārjitakarmaṇā | dinaiḥ katipayairyātī gokarṇaṃ kṣetramāyayau
महाजनांकडून भिक्षा मागण्यासाठी ती हळूहळू चालू लागली; दुसऱ्याच्या हाताचा आधार घेत, पूर्वजन्मीच्या संचित कर्माने प्रेरित. काही दिवसांच्या प्रवासानंतर ती गोकर्ण-क्षेत्रात पोहोचली.
