शिलाग्र्यामिव सद्वृष्टिः शुनक्यामिव सत्क्रिया । विफला मंदभाग्यायामाशीर्ब्रह्मविदामपि
śilāgryāmiva sadvṛṣṭiḥ śunakyāmiva satkriyā | viphalā maṃdabhāgyāyāmāśīrbrahmavidāmapi
जशी शिळेच्या शिखरावर पडलेली उत्तम वृष्टी व्यर्थ जाते, जशी अयोग्याला केलेली सत्क्रिया निष्फळ ठरते—तशीच मंदभाग्येच्या बाबतीत ब्रह्मविदांचे आशीर्वादही निष्फळ होतात।
