Transliteration bhū́tāya tvā nā́rātaye svar-abhí-vikhyéṣaṃ dṛ́ṃhantāṃ dúryāḥ pṛthivyā́m urv àntárikṣam ánvemi pṛthivyā́s tvā nā́bhau sādayāmy ádityā upásthe ’gne havyáṃ rakṣa
Translation भूत (स्थिर/प्रतिष्ठित सत्ता) यासाठी तुला स्थापतो, शत्रु-पुरुषांच्या परावृत्तीसाठी; स्वर्गीय प्रकाशाकडे तुला प्रकट करतो. पृथ्वीवर निवासस्थाने दृढ होवोत. विस्तीर्ण अंतरिक्षाचा मी क्रमाने अनुगमन करतो. पृथ्वीच्या नाभीत, अदितीच्या कुशीत, तुला बसवतो. हे अग्ने, हव्य (हवि) रक्ष कर.
