Kṛṣṇādi-Śivabhaktoddhāraṇa & Śiva-māhātmya-varṇana

कृष्ण उवाच । देवदेव महादेव याचेऽहं ह्युत्तमान्वरान् । त्वत्तोऽष्टप्रमितान्नाथ त्वयोद्दिष्टान्महेश्वर
kṛṣṇa uvāca | devadeva mahādeva yāce'haṃ hyuttamānvarān | tvatto'ṣṭapramitānnātha tvayoddiṣṭānmaheśvara
कृष्ण म्हणाला— हे देवदेव, हे महादेव! मी आपल्याकडे उत्तम वर मागतो. हे नाथ, आपल्याकडूनच आठ वर—जे आपणच सांगितले आहेत—हे महेश्वर, तेच मला द्यावेत.
