bhrātṛnvilokya nabhago vibhaktānsakalānnijān | dāyārthī prāha tānsnehādikṣvākupramukhānmune
आपले सर्व भाऊ आपापल्या वाट्याने विभक्त झालेले पाहून, नभाग दायभागाच्या इच्छेने स्नेहपूर्वक त्यांना म्हणाला—हे मुने, इक्ष्वाकु पासून आरंभ करून।
