It teaches that true security and rightful order arise from Rudra’s grace; when beings align with Pati (Śiva), fear (bhaya) subsides and harmony is restored—even after conflict.
The verse highlights Rudra-kṛpā as an active, personal divine intervention—central to Saguna Śiva devotion, often approached through Linga worship as the accessible form through which grace and protection are sought.
A practical takeaway is regular Rudra-upāsanā—japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with a prayer for Rudra’s grace, cultivating inner fearlessness and steadiness (svastha-mānas).
