Suta Goswami
Tattva Level: pasha
Shiva Form: Sadyojāta
Significance: Teaches that even major deities and worlds arise as nāma-rūpa differentiations by a small kalā of Śiva’s power—supporting humility and Śiva-paratva (Śiva’s supremacy).
Type: stotra
Role: creative
Cosmic Event: sṛṣṭi (emanation of worlds and deities as differentiated name-form)
It teaches that even the highest gods and all realms are manifestations within name-and-form, produced by only a small fraction of the Supreme Lord’s power—pointing the seeker toward Shiva as the transcendent Pati beyond limited appearances.
Since the cosmos is expressed through nama-rupa, the Linga functions as a sacred, concentrated symbol of Saguna worship that leads the devotee from perceivable form toward the formless supremacy of Shiva who exceeds all differentiated manifestations.
Meditate while chanting the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), contemplating that all names and forms dissolve into Shiva; this supports inward detachment and steady devotion rather than fixation on worldly distinctions.
