Translation

आश्विन महिन्यात शुभ नंदा तिथीला तिने भक्तिभावाने पूजन केले। मग हर (भगवान् शिव) यांना नमस्कार करून गूळ-भात व लवणयुक्त अन्न नैवेद्य अर्पण करून ती विधी पूर्ण केली।
