हिमालयगृहे नारदस्य आगमनम् तथा विश्वकर्मनिर्मितवैभववर्णनम् — Nārada’s Arrival at Himālaya’s Palace and the Description of Viśvakarman’s Marvels

ब्रह्मोवाच । एवं संवदमानोऽसौ देवैश्शम्भुरभूत्तदा । कृतः स्मरेणैव वशी वशं वा प्राकृतो नरः

brahmovāca | evaṃ saṃvadamāno'sau devaiśśambhurabhūttadā | kṛtaḥ smareṇaiva vaśī vaśaṃ vā prākṛto naraḥ

ब्रह्मा म्हणाले—त्या वेळी देवांशी असे बोलत असताना शंभूला कामदेवानेच जणू वशीभूत केले; जसा एखादा सामान्य लौकिक मनुष्य पराधीन होतो।
