देवगुरुप्रेषणम्

ब्रह्मोवाच । इत्यालोच्य सुरास्सर्वे कृत्वा चामन्त्रणं मिथः । प्रस्थापयितुमैच्छंस्ते गुरुं तत्र सुविस्मिताः

brahmovāca | ityālocya surāssarve kṛtvā cāmantraṇaṃ mithaḥ | prasthāpayitumaicchaṃste guruṃ tatra suvismitāḥ

ब्रह्मा म्हणाले—अशा प्रकारे विचार करून सर्व देवांनी परस्पर निरोप घेतला. मग ते अत्यंत विस्मित होऊन, गुरूंना (त्या कार्यासाठी) प्रस्थान करवावे अशी इच्छा करून तेथेच उभे राहिले.
