वेणी शिरसि ते दिव्या सर्पिणीव विभासिता । जटाजूटं शिवस्येव प्रसिद्धम्परिचक्षते
veṇī śirasi te divyā sarpiṇīva vibhāsitā | jaṭājūṭaṃ śivasyeva prasiddhamparicakṣate
तुझ्या शिरावरची दिव्य वेणी सर्पिणीसारखी उजळते; लोक तिला भगवान् शिवाच्या जटाजूटासारखी प्रसिद्ध आहे असे सांगतात।

The verse uses sacred iconography to reveal Pārvatī’s divinity: her radiant braid is compared to a serpent and to Śiva’s famed matted locks, indicating her inseparable unity with Śiva (Śakti–Śiva) and the auspicious power that protects and illumines devotees.
