देवदैत्यसामान्ययुद्धवर्णनम् — Description of the General Battle Between Devas and Daityas
एवमन्योन्यमसुरो विष्णुश्च बलवानुभौ । युयुधाते रणे भूरि तत्राक्षतबलौ मुने
evamanyonyamasuro viṣṇuśca balavānubhau | yuyudhāte raṇe bhūri tatrākṣatabalau mune
अशा रीतीने असुर आणि विष्णू—दोघेही बलवान—त्या महारणात वारंवार परस्परांशी युद्ध करीत राहिले. हे मुने, तेथे त्यांचे बळ अक्षत राहिले आणि दीर्घकाळ घोर संग्राम झाला.
