Sukta 8.58
एक एवाग्निर्बहुधा समिद्ध एकः सूर्यो विश्वमनु प्रभूतः । एकैवोषाः सर्वमिदं वि भात्येकं वा इदं वि बभूव सर्वम् ॥
éka evā́gnir bahudhā́ samíddha ékaḥ sū́ryo víśvam ánu prá-bhūtaḥ | ekaívóṣāḥ sárvam idáṃ ví bhāti ékaṃ vā́ idáṃ ví babhūva sárvam ||
अग्नी एकच आहे, तरी तो अनेक प्रकारे समिद्ध होतो; सूर्य एकच आहे, जो सर्वत्र प्रकट होतो. उषा एकच आहे, जी हे सर्व प्रकाशित करते; खरे तर हे सर्व एकच आहे, जे विविध रूपांनी विस्तारले आहे.
