यदस्य धामनि प्रिये समीचीनासो अस्वरन् । नाभा यज्ञस्य दोहना प्राध्वरे ॥
Transliteration
yád asya dhā́mani priyé samīcīnā́so ásvaran | nā́bhā yajñásya dohanā́ prá adhvaré ||
Translation
जेव्हा त्याच्या प्रिय धामनि (धाम) मध्ये सम्यक्-प्रवृत्त जन एकत्र स्वर उठवितात, तेव्हा यज्ञाच्या नाभीवर असलेल्या दूहन करणाऱ्या गायी आपले रस-प्रवाह दुहून देतात—अध्वर, यज्ञ-गतीत पुढे सरकत.
