आ यद्रुहाव वरुणश्च नावं प्र यत्समुद्रमीरयाव मध्यम् । अधि यदपां स्नुभिश्चराव प्र प्रेङ्ख ईङ्खयावहै शुभे कम् ॥

Transliteration

ā́ yád ruhā́va váruṇaś ca nā́vaṃ prá yát samudrám ī́rayāva mádhyam | adhí yád apā́ṃ snúbhis cárāva prá préṅkha īṅkhayāvahai śubhé kám ||

Translation

जेव्हा वरुण आणि मी नौकेत चढलो, जेव्हा आम्ही समुद्राला त्याच्या मध्यभागी हालचाल दिली, जेव्हा आम्ही पाण्यांच्या फुगलेल्या प्रवाहांवर संचार केला—तेव्हा पुढे झुलणाऱ्या आसनावर शुभ आनंदासाठी आम्ही डोलत-झुलत राहिलो.
