Sukta 7.62
स सूर्य प्रति पुरो न उद्गा एभिः स्तोमेभिरेतशेभिरेवैः । प्र नो मित्राय वरुणाय वोचोऽनागसो अर्यम्णे अग्नये च ॥
sá sū́rya práti puró na udgā́ ebhíḥ stómebhir etaśébhir évaiḥ | prá no mitrā́ya váruṇāya voco'nā́gaso aryámṇe agnáye ca ||
हे सूर्य, या वेगवान स्तोत्रां व प्रेरक आवेगांसह आमच्या पुढे—अग्रभागी—उद्गान कर. आणि आमचे वचन मित्र, वरुण, अर्यमन् व अग्नी यांच्यापर्यंत जावो—जेणेकरून आम्ही अनाघ (निर्दोष) राहू आणि ऋताच्या क्रमात चालू.
