Sukta 6.13
त्वद्विश्वा सुभग सौभगान्यग्ने वि यन्ति वनिनो न वयाः । श्रुष्टी रयिर्वाजो वृत्रतूर्ये दिवो वृष्टिरीड्यो रीतिरपाम् ॥
tvád viśvā́ subhaga saúbhagāny agne ví yanti vaníno ná vayā́ḥ | śruṣṭī́ rayír vā́jo vṛtra-tū́rye divó vṛṣṭír ī́ḍyo rītír apā́m ||
हे सुभग अग्ने! तुझ्यापासूनच सर्व सौभाग्ये वनातून पक्ष्यांसारखी पसरतात. श्रुष्टि (श्रवण-आज्ञापालन), रयि (समृद्धी), वाज (बल-परिपूर्णता) वृत्रतूर्ये (आवरणकर्त्याशी संग्राम) मध्ये; द्यौःची वृष्टी, इड्य (पूज्य) आणि अपाम् रीति (जलप्रवाहाचा नियम)—ही तुझीच उधळण आहे.
