Transliteration
agnir hotā dāsvataḥ kṣayasya vṛkta-barhiṣaḥ | saṁ yajñāsaś caranti yaṁ saṁ vājāsaḥ śravasyavaḥ ||
Translation
अग्नी हा दात्याच्या निवासाचा होतृ आहे, जिथे बर्हि (यज्ञासन) नीट सजविलेले व सिद्ध असते. ज्याच्याकडे यज्ञकर्मांची गती एकवटते, आणि ज्याच्याकडे यश (श्रवस्) मिळविण्यासाठी इच्छिलेले वाज (बल-समृद्धी)ही एकत्र येतात.
