इमं दृष्ट्वा मणिश्रेष्ठं यथा तातस्य दर्शनम्।अद्यास्म्यवगतस्सौम्य वैदेहस्य तथा विभोः।।।।

Transliteration

imaṃ dṛṣṭvā maṇiśreṣṭhaṃ yathā tātasya darśanam |

adyāsmy avagataḥ saumya vaidehasya tathā vibhoḥ ||

Translation

हे सौम्य! हा श्रेष्ठ मणी पाहिल्यावर मला जणू पित्याचे दर्शन झाल्यासारखे वाटते; तसेच विदेहाचा महाप्रतापी राजा (जनक)ही आज स्पष्टपणे स्मरणात उभा राहतो.
