अश्वमेधप्रवृत्तिः
Commencement and Performance of Daśaratha’s Aśvamedha
न चाहुतमभूत्तत्र स्खलितं वापि किञ्चन ।दृश्यते ब्रह्मवत्सर्वं क्षेमयुक्तं हि चक्रिरे।।।।
na cāhutam abhūt tatra skhalitaṃ vāpi kiñcana | dṛśyate brahmavat sarvaṃ kṣema-yuktaṃ hi cakrire ||
त्या यज्ञात आहुत्यांमध्ये कोणतीही उणीव नव्हती, ना कशातही किंचित् स्खलन झाले। सर्व काही मंत्रसमर्थ दिसत होते; त्यांनी तो यज्ञ क्षेमयुक्त, निर्विघ्न पूर्ण केला॥
There were no omissions in the offerings nor any lappes in the performance. Everything was done through recitation of mantras and in a wholesome way.
