ity uktā rākṣasendreṇa rākṣasī krodhamūrchitā | tato rāmaṃ yathātattvam ākhyātum upacakrame ||

राक्षसेन्द्राने असे म्हटल्यावर ती राक्षसी क्रोधाने मूर्च्छित झाली। मग तिने रामाचे यथातत्त्व स्वरूप सांगण्यास आरंभ केला।
