न क्षेत्रे न बिले वापि न तीर्थे न चतुष्पथे । नोद्यानेऽपासमीपे वा नोषरे नगराशये

na kṣetre na bile vāpi na tīrthe na catuṣpathe | nodyāne'pāsamīpe vā noṣare nagarāśaye

क्षेत्रात/पवित्र शेतात नाही, बिळातही नाही, तीर्थस्थानी नाही, चौरस्त्यावर नाही; उद्यानात नाही, पाण्याजवळ नाही, ऊसर जमिनीत नाही आणि नगरवस्तीमध्येही नाही—अशा ठिकाणी ते करू नये।
