महौषधाय घोराय महाप्रज्ञापराय च । अक्रूराय प्रमेध्याय मेध्यानां पतये नमः
mahauṣadhāya ghorāya mahāprajñāparāya ca | akrūrāya pramedhyāya medhyānāṃ pataye namaḥ
