Adhyaya 73 — The Uttama Manvantara: Classes of Devas, Indra Sushanti, and the Royal Lineage
तृतीये तु गणॆ देवाः शिवाख्या मुनिसत्तम ।
शिवाः स्वरूपतस्ते तु श्रुताः पापप्रणाशनाः ॥
tṛtīye tu gaṇe devāḥ śivākhyā munisattama / śivāḥ svarūpatas te tu śrutāḥ pāpapraṇāśanāḥ
तिसऱ्या गणात, हे मुनिश्रेष्ठा, देव ‘शिवाख्य’ म्हणून कथिले गेले. ते स्वभावतःच शुभ आहेत आणि पाप नाश करणारे म्हणून ऐकिवात आहेत।
