तस्य दृष्ट्वा वपुः कान्तं भविष्यं शीलमेव च ।
औत्तमश्चेति मुनयो नाम चक्रुः समागताः ॥
tasya dṛṣṭvā vapuḥ kāntaṃ bhaviṣyaṃ śīlam eva ca | auttamaś ceti munayo nāma cakruḥ samāgatāḥ ||
त्याचे मनोहर रूप आणि भावी चरित्र पाहून जमलेल्या ऋषींनी त्याचे नाव ‘औत्तम’ असे ठेवले।
