मार्कण्डेय उवाच इत्युक्तः स तु सम्भारानशेषानवनिपतिः । आनिनाय चकारेष्टिं स च तां द्विजसत्तमः ॥
mārkaṇḍeya uvāca ity uktaḥ sa tu sambhārān aśeṣān avanipatiḥ / ānināya cakāreṣṭiṃ sa ca tāṃ dvijasattamaḥ
मार्कण्डेय म्हणाला—असे संबोधिल्यावर राजाने सर्व आवश्यक सामग्री आणली. मग त्या द्विजश्रेष्ठाने ती इष्टि (यज्ञविधी) संपन्न केली।
