Adhyaya 47 — Brahma’s Awakening and the Ninefold Scheme of Creation
मार्कण्डेय उवाच—
कथयाम्येष ते ब्रह्मन् ससर्ज भगवान् यथा ।
लोककृत् शाश्वतः कृत्स्नं जगत् स्थावरजङ्गमम् ॥
mārkaṇḍeya uvāca kathayāmy eṣa te brahman sasarja bhagavān yathā / lokakṛc chāśvataḥ kṛtsnaṃ jagat sthāvarajaṅgamam
मार्कण्डेय म्हणाले—हे ब्राह्मण, नित्य लोककर्ता असलेल्या भगवानांनी स्थावर-जंगम सहित संपूर्ण विश्व कसे निर्माण केले, ते मी तुला सांगतो।
