तेषां नाशाय कर्तव्यं योगिनां तन्निबोध मे ।
स्निग्धां यवागूमत्युष्णां भुक्त्वा तत्रैव धारयेत् ॥
teṣāṃ nāśāya kartavyaṃ yogināṃ tan nibodha me / snigdhāṃ yavāgūm aty-uṣṇāṃ bhuktvā tatraiva dhārayet
ते (दोष) नष्ट करण्यासाठी योगींनी काय करावे—माझ्याकडून जाणून घ्या: अतिशय उष्ण व स्निग्ध यवागू (पातळ खीर/दलिया) खाऊन ती आतच धारण करून ठेवावी.
