आपिबेयुस्तथा वायुं पिबेद्योगी जितश्रमः ।

प्राङ्नाभ्यां हृदये चात्र तृतीये च तथोरसि ॥

तसेच योगीने श्रम जिंकून प्राणाचे ‘पान’ करावे. तो अग्र-नाभीप्रदेशात, हृदयात, आणि येथे तिसऱ्या स्थानी, तसेच वक्षस्थळी स्थिर करावा.
