Adhyaya 39 — Yoga Discipline: Posture, Breath Control, Sense Withdrawal, and Signs of Attainment
समः समासनो भूत्वा संहृत्य चरणावुभौ । संवृतास्यस्तथैवोरू सम्यग्विष्टभ्य चाग्रतः ॥
samaḥ samāsano bhūtvā saṃhṛtya caraṇāv ubhau | saṃvṛtāsyaḥ tathaivorū samyag viṣṭabhya cāgrataḥ ||
आसनात सम व स्थिर होऊन दोन्ही पाय आत ओढावेत; तोंड बंद ठेवावे, मांड्या योग्य रीतीने बसवाव्यात, आधार घेऊन त्या पुढे सम्यक् रचनेने ठेवाव्यात।
