या तु भर्तुर्वधं श्रुत्वा तत्क्षणादेव भामिनी ।
भर्तारमनुयातेयं न शोच्यातो विपश्चिताम् ॥
yā tu bhartur vadhaṃ śrutvā tatkṣaṇād eva bhāminī |
bhartāram anuyātā iyaṃ na śocyāto vipaścitām ||
परंतु ती धैर्यवान स्त्री, पतीचा वध झाल्याचे ऐकताच तत्क्षणी पतीच्या मागे गेली—तिच्यासाठी ज्ञानीजनांनी शोक करू नये.
