उपभोगात्क्षयं याति भुज्यमानमिवाशनम् ।
एवमेतॆ महापापं यातनाभिरहर्निशम् ॥
upabhogāt kṣayaṃ yāti bhujyamānam ivāśanam / evam ete mahāpāpaṃ yātanābhir aharniśam
अनुभविल्यावर ते क्षय पावते—भक्षण केलेल्या अन्नाप्रमाणे। तसेच हे प्राणी दिवस-रात्र यातनांनी महापापाचा क्षय करतात।
