त्वयि पुत्रशतं चैव सत्यवान् जनयिष्यति । ते चापि सर्वे राजान: क्षत्रिया: पुत्रपौत्रिण:,'सत्यवान् तेरे गर्भसे सौ पुत्र उत्पन्न करेगा और वे सभी राजकुमार राजा होनेके साथ ही पुत्र-पौत्रोंसे सम्पन्न होंगे
tvayi putraśataṃ caiva satyavān janayiṣyati | te cāpi sarve rājānaḥ kṣatriyāḥ putrapautriṇaḥ ||
यम म्हणाला— तुझ्यापासून सत्यवान शंभर पुत्र उत्पन्न करील. ते सर्व क्षत्रिय व राजे होतील आणि प्रत्येक पुत्र-पौत्रांनी संपन्न असेल.
